For qualified accounts, we will provide a demonstration of our services at absolutely no cost or obligation. The number of employees participating will depend on the service or combination of services requested for evaluation.
Discomfort Assessment: Coopers will conduct at no cost, an on-site personal discomfort analysis for up to three employees. It will include a detailed written report on the specific causes of the discomfort being experienced and our recommendations for its alleviation.

Discomfort Assessment Questionnaire: The initial step of this assessment is the completion of our questionnaire. Coopers will analyse up to 20 completed questionnaires per client and note the primary causes of any reported discomfort as well as our recommendations for their alleviation, at no cost.

Painless Coaching: Coopers will train and educate up to 18 employees per company on the proper adjustment and utilization of work space components. We will provide one-on-one support, which is essential to achieving substantial improvements in comfort and productivity, and assist management in measuring the results.

Productive Planning - Analysis: Coopers will conduct Functional Needs Analysis for up to four employees at no cost, including providing workspace layouts and an explanation of our recommendations to meet all of their functional needs.

Productive Planning - Implementation: Coopers is willing to properly plan and implement two workspace solutions for evaluation purposes, including workstation installation and removal after four weeks, at no cost or obligation. Accounts who qualify for this demonstration will be encouraged to measure the increases in employee comfort and productivity using pre-determined methods.

Coopers Office Furniture: Our representatives will ensure the selection and sourcing of the appropriate functional furniture that responds to the ergonomic and efficiency needs of every individual we serve.
