When I ordered the Simplicity workstation, I had tendonitis in both elbows, a sore shoulder and a sore neck. A few weeks after taking delivery of the workstation my aches and pains started to go away. After about 2- 3 months I was almost pain free, and I was no longer waking in the morning with stiff muscles. I was then required to go out of town and work on a different workstation and after only four days my shoulder and neck pain was back. I could hardly wait to return to my office to ease the aches. Once back on my workstation for a day or two, they went away.

I am really enjoying my Simplicity workstation. At its proper height for me, the workstation makes my long hours of work as a Video Editor very comfortable. During the period I have been using the workstation and new chair, back pain has been significantly reduced. The L-shaped configuration creates a much easier array of the four monitors, mixer and keyboard. This results in less strain in viewing them. I spend countless hours drafting on AutoCAD. I found with my old desk that I was having to stop frequently due to pains in my shoulder and neck. The Reflections workstation allows for individual adjustment, including the lower monitor height that I require. With that adjustment, the proper chair height and a workstation height set for me, I am able to work discomfort free and with more efficiency. Before receiving my Reflections workstation, I did not realize that the discomfort I was enduring was workstation related.

Since March 1999, I have been experiencing shoulder pain and I was never really sure why this was happening. As the years went on the pain progressed to the point where my sleep was constantly interrupted, and the pain had spread to my neck and upper back. I was constantly taking pain medication, anti-inflammatory medication, and putting several different rubs on my neck as well as hot gel packs.
On October 22, 2004, my new Simplicity workstation was installed, and three short weeks later I am having a great night sleep, I have energy after the workday is finished, and no more anxiety attacks. I can’t believe the difference. If I weren’t the one experiencing this, I wouldn’t believe it myself.
